migraine : its about the cold drink?

or its just a hype?or my mind teasing me?

i am obviously not an ice-type, in which, everything must cold and chill right before it touch ur lips.i wasn't trained that way.i prefer a room temperature drink, but sometimes, cold drink are welcomed when the weather is bloody hot.or sometimes, out of nowhere, during rainy days, i prefer cold drinks.weirdo.

after migraine catching me up, i try to find some fact about or any articles that helped.and the list came out...

but one thing i noticed whats happening to me,ecspecially day time, after gulping the cold drink, my head will be in throbbing pain.for example, yesterday i was so hungry in the morning,so i just pour some cold milk and honey stars, right after half and hour, i feel headache.

in some article found, it was stated migraine patient adviced no to consume cheese and chocolate during the ache period. in my case i dun have any pain before taking the milk.
could i just sum up the cold drink is the culprit?

Because the skull is a closed structure, the rapid blood flow could raise pressure and induce pain, the authors explained. The quick contraction that follows may be the brain’s method of bringing down the pressure before it reaches dangerous levels.
“The brain is one of the relatively important organs in the body, and it needs to be working all the time. It’s fairly sensitive to temperature, so [expanding arteries] might be moving warm blood inside tissue to make sure the brain stays warm,” said lead researcher Jorge Serrador of Harvard Medical School and the War Related Illness and Injury Study Center of the Veterans Affairs New Jersey Health Care System in a statement.

Drinking cold water is a fatal action but no one knows that. When you drink a cold water, all your vessels get shrinked and especially your heart will get less blood and will pump less blood to your brain. The sense of heat and cold have been transfered to brain directly by nerves of human body.

The back of the mouth has blood vessels that constrict when you drink something cold. When the vessels return to their normal size it rushes blood to the brain, causing 'brain freeze'

review kasut christy ng

im a bit disappointed yesterday. as much as i wanted to go to the Christy Ng's shop, i failed to amuse myself.  this i my personal view. i am sorry if it hurt. located at Uptown Damansara, u can find the shop at the 2nd level of the building.to my surprise, as i think it will be located at the ground floor for easy visiting.nevermind. step in, i was welcomed by a shouting from one of the staff to another staff , "there's customer outside!".she pressed the lock to unlocked the door.next i was directed to a small room of shoes.i guess my bedroom is larger ;p  i prompted myself to take the shoes and try..omg the sales person warned me not to try the one which doesnt suit my feet.i wasss likeeee whattttt?never in my life i got such warned even i was in charles & keith. can u nice2 telling me ha? looking at the material itself, compared to the hike price, i reaaaallly dun give a damn.or in a nice2 word, memang tak sesuai la material verses harga .for the same

review butik pengantin - ipoh

Ipoh can be classified as a small town thus the option for brides could be a little narrow (in terms of material/design) but somehow its still helped. when i first did my survey on boutique, i was putting quite alot of hopes. i want something  similar  to the magazine.hehe. i had wrote a quick review remember? cakap melayu la plak.hehehe and finally i choose Butik Inai Pengantin located in Taman Soon Choon.nak pegi survey butik tak susah.but from my experience, it is more than enough if you compared 3-4 boutiques only.tak payah pening2.sebab itu pun dah ckup banyak dan makan byk masa tambah2 kalau u alls keje kat tempat lain. the time frame?dalam 5-6 bulan sebelum majlis.itu pun kalau bukan tarikh favorite.kalau tarikh fav mungkin lagi awal. saya pilih butik inai sebab: 1) dekat dengan rumah 2) ada pelamin bunga besar seperti yang diharapkan 3) kebanyakkan kedai yang saya survey adalah lebih kurang je harga die 4) assistant die  agak bagus jugak baran
