gastric # part 1



ok.here we goes.i just want to share my gastric experience.

what is gastric?

Gastric acid is a digestive fluid, formed in the stomach. It has a pH of 1.5 to 3.5 and is composed of hydrochloric acid (HCl) (around 0.5%, or 5000 parts per million), and large quantities ofpotassium chloride (KCl) and sodium chloride (NaCl). The acid plays a key role in digestion of proteins, by activating digestive enzymes, and making ingested proteins unravel so that digestive enzymes can break down the long chains of amino acids.
Gastric acid is produced by cells lining the stomach, which are coupled to systems to increase acid production when needed. Other cells in the stomach produce bicarbonate, a base, to bufferthe fluid, ensuring that it does not become too acidic. These cells also produce mucus, which forms a viscous physical barrier to prevent gastric acid from damaging the stomach. Cells in the beginning of the small intestine, or duodenum, further produce large amounts of bicarbonate to completely neutralize any gastric acid that passes further down into the digestive tract.
The presence of gastric acid in the stomach and its function in digestion was first characterized by U.S. Army surgeon William Beaumont around 1830. Beaumont was able to study the stomach action of fur trapper Alexis St. Martin due to the latter's gastric fistula. (source : wikipedia)

i am a gastric sufferer way back from primary school.as far as i cud remember i love to eat spicy food name from laksa to nasik lemak with sambal pouring all over.i have to visit various doctor and plenty of medicine fed.i tell u its no fun at all.


growing up, added with the pressure increase by day, i had the acid cumulatively climb up the number.worse, i had no choice but to see the specialist.i still remember when i was still treated as an outpatient, the stupid doctor suspect i had heart disease.OMG..I was crying the whole night, waiting to meet the specialist the day after.i still remember my parent has to comfort me and telling me everything gonna be okay.


after seeing the specialist, went through all the test, alhamdulilah.it was gastric.the acid will cause some gas went to the heart, so that the first doctor concluded of me of having heart related problem.


i had to took the medicine for few years.it wasnt fun when everybody knowing u were prescribed, they kept asking every single time "dah makan ubat?" thing.its too much tiring la.


and after so loooong, i fall again becos of gastric.I freaking hate that.becos:


1) only soft food allowed, porridge everyday is too much for me
2) no spicy/oily/sour food allowed
3) i have to make sure i am not hungry.which is verrryyy hard becos, once u have gastric, the hunger pang is double than normal (i think becos of the high acid produced)


i am very sad now. i make my mum and dad extra worried of me and called me everyday asking about my health.i am not a kiddy anymore, still don't know how to take care of myself. sigh


hence, now on i will take serious note about myself - basicly what and when i should eat.
but i am sorry for myself, during lunch i have limited choices plus i am so lazy to prepare simple home dish.aik tadi cakap nak seriussss!!hehe.

im a bit disappointed yesterday. as much as i wanted to go to the Christy Ng's shop, i failed to amuse myself.  this i my personal view. i am sorry if it hurt. located at Uptown Damansara, u can find the shop at the 2nd level of the building.to my surprise, as i think it will be located at the ground floor for easy visiting.nevermind. step in, i was welcomed by a shouting from one of the staff to another staff , "there's customer outside!".she pressed the lock to unlocked the door.next i was directed to a small room of shoes.i guess my bedroom is larger ;p  i prompted myself to take the shoes and try..omg the sales person warned me not to try the one which doesnt suit my feet.i wasss likeeee whattttt?never in my life i got such warned even i was in charles & keith. can u nice2 telling me ha? looking at the material itself,compared to the hike price, i reaaaallly dun give a damn.or in a nice2 word, memang tak sesuai la material verses harga .for the same

Babysitter - Damansara Damai

maafkan saya tetapi ini pendapat peribadi saya yang terluka. Rindu nak menulis entry yang sarat. sebab selalu nye entry ntah hapehape.selalu cube taip di notepad tetapi gagal diabadikan sebab tk sempat habis satu perenggan dah ade kerje kene attend. sebenarnya hati saya masih lagi berbaur kecewa dengan sikap babysitter. selalu memujuk diri Allah kan maha adil.maha mengetahui.mungkin ade hikmahnye.ade tempat yang lebih baik. tetapi hati selalu teruji sebab benda-benda remeh.lalu terus mengaitkan dengan hal babysitter. begini cerita nya.. lepas kelahiran baby D, saya dan suami masih lagi kabur pasal kepentingan babysitter/taska.kami sangka dengan bertanya SEORANG DUA masalah kami selesai..TARAAA saya rasa telah bertanya hampir separuh daya saya hilang. kami mencari sehinggakan Baby D terpakse ditransportkan semula ke Ipoh.sampai la kami jumpa babysitter yang sekarang ni,mari kenali dengan nama M.saya telah meletakkan iklan di majalah.com dan beberapa orang telah

review butik pengantin - ipoh

Ipoh can be classified as a small town thus the option for brides could be a little narrow (in terms of material/design) but somehow its still helped. when i first did my survey on boutique, i was putting quite alot of hopes. i want something  similar  to the magazine.hehe. i had wrote a quick review remember? cakap melayu la plak.hehehe and finally i choose Butik Inai Pengantin located in Taman Soon Choon.nak pegi survey butik tak susah.but from my experience, it is more than enough if you compared 3-4 boutiques only.tak payah pening2.sebab itu pun dah ckup banyak dan makan byk masa tambah2 kalau u alls keje kat tempat lain. the time frame?dalam 5-6 bulan sebelum majlis.itu pun kalau bukan tarikh favorite.kalau tarikh fav mungkin lagi awal. saya pilih butik inai sebab: 1) dekat dengan rumah 2) ada pelamin bunga besar seperti yang diharapkan 3) kebanyakkan kedai yang saya survey adalah lebih kurang je harga die 4) assistant die  agak bagus jugak baran
