from my bed

finally, i have loong weekend.away from office and closer to mummy and family. i just felt i am too away from them,a part from it, i, myself have something to settle with.

and did u remember i fell sick (i told ya in previous entry rite ;p).i am worried too with my health.if you do follow my blog, i've been sick quite alot this year alone, and it is only end of April.*sigh*

Looking back to my lifestyle, maybe there are something wrong. or else, of cos it is.kalau tak macam mane boleh sakit selalu.as far as i can recall, i already went to the clinic 3 times from January.

my immune system drop. looking back past years, i only have less than 5 times of MC in a year.i l already took MC this year, and that was only in February (i was working hard that i only took MC once tho i went to clinic 3 times.. emmm ok i cheat..and half day becos i really cannot tahan hehe).

i really wanna to know why my body become such weak so sudden.last time when was studying, i was also way from my famili, but still i rarely fell sick.but nowaday my body so mengada and sensitive to everything.

i've google up and found about how to increase immune system

1) drink alot of water - in order to avoid dehydration
2) quality sleep - i always have loongest sleep -_____-" 
3) take alot of protein
4) consume alot of veggies and fruits
5) cari ruang utk diri anda bahagia - adakah aku tidak bahagia?hehe
6) minum jus lemon/cidar
7) bermeditasi
8) stop taking caffein like coffee and chocolate - coklat pun ade caffeine ke??
9) bersenam
10) take supplement and aromatherapy

see...i think i already found some (tho based solely on my observed) i guess i am lack of protein intake in daily meal.i take alot of carb which will project alot of sugar into my body effected my pancreas and lessen the effectiveness of immune system.


 plus..kene banyak kan bersenam hehe..

i prompted myself to take the shoes and try..omg the sales person warned me not to try the one which doesnt suit my feet.i wasss likeeee whattttt?never in my life i got such warned even i was in charles & keith. can u nice2 telling me ha?

looking at the material itself,compared to the hike price, i reaaaallly dun give a damn.or in a nice2 word, memang tak sesuai la material verses harga.for the same price u can get…

Tengok balik azam 2010.ade ke aku buat azam?ade rase nye.sebab dah nak dekat hujung tahun dah tapi banyak je la tak tick lagiii.. Antaranya: 1.buat facial 2 bulan sekali 2.jumpe dentist.6 bulan sekali. 3.bersenam.selang sehari. 4.rawatan rambut.2 bulan sekali. etc.
Kenapa semuanye berbaur duit? -_-

Babysitter - Damansara Damai

maafkan saya tetapi ini pendapat peribadi saya yang terluka.
Rindu nak menulis entry yang sarat. sebab selalu nye entry ntah hapehape.selalu cube taip di notepad tetapi gagal diabadikan sebab tk sempat habis satu perenggan dah ade kerje kene attend.sebenarnya hati saya masih lagi berbaur kecewa dengan sikap babysitter.
selalu memujuk diri Allah kan maha adil.maha mengetahui.mungkin ade hikmahnye.ade tempat yang lebih baik.
tetapi hati selalu teruji sebab benda-benda remeh.lalu terus mengaitkan dengan hal babysitter.

lepas kelahiran baby D, saya dan suami masih lagi kabur pasal kepentingan babysitter/taska.kami sangka dengan bertanya SEORANG DUA masalah kami selesai..TARAAA saya rasa telah bertanya hampir separuh daya saya hilang.
kami mencari sehinggakan Baby D terpakse ditransportkan semula ke Ipoh.sampai la kami jumpa babysitter yang sekarang ni,mari kenali dengan nama M.saya telah meletakkan iklan di majalah.com dan beberapa orang telah menelefon saya.setelah fikir2 t…
