When life give you sour oranges...you sweeten it

In the mid of everyday chaos and routine, I try to do something else to distract my mind for a while. It can be reading, sewing or baking. I am still learning how to do patchwork. In baking, it needs extra miles for techniques and nothing but patience. Shopping can be too mind distracted if I can't afford 😂😂 So yesterday I was cleaning my fridge and my eyes glued to the shinning orange color inside. sadly all of them are sour. so when life gives you bad thing.. let's turn into good thing!! 1. cut into thinnest slice your knife could do 2. put all of them in the glass bottle 3. pour in honey (or brown sugar) and pinch of salt 4. keep in chill for hours remember to drench your lips with all the juice afterward! meanwhile.. Fish Bol

u wanna know what is the best next to fried fish cicah with sambal belacan???it must be homemade fish ball. it is easy and scrumptious of cos!!hahaha. bahan2: ikan (ikot banyak mane nak) - i used half of the red snapper 3 biji kentang bawang besar/merah  daun sup garam kunyit tepung telur minyak untuk menggoreng 1) rebus ikan 2) dalam periuk berasingan rebus kentang sampai empuk 3) dah suam2 lenyek kentang dan cabut isi ikan.campurkan sekali. 4) potong bawang dan goreng. 5) kalau nak hasil yang lebih halus dan perisa bawang kuat, blender ikan+kentang+bawang goreng+garam. kalau taknak, guna tangan sahaja utk gaul. (tk nak atau malas hehe) 6) campurkan sedikit kunyit dan daun sup. 7) buatkan bulat2.salut telur dan tepung. siap untuk digoreng. boleh hidangkan. taraaaa mudah dan sedap.

Nutella brownie

It is 5.30 am.i am barely sleep.maybe bcos of the pill,i dun know.normally,nothing could take on tolls. Since today is hari memasak, lets cook most decent and easy sweetooth recipe. Ingredients 1 cup of nutella 10 tbsp of all purpose flour 2 eggs Dump everything in a bowl. Beat them with hand mixer.to get a crusty brownie, you could beat the batter longer. I added 1 teaspoon of baking powder *optional Line ur tray.pour them inside. Bake for 20-30 min in 180 degree. For topping,i whipped off cadbury chocolate and ground almond. It's better to use dark or less sweet chocolate for topping to balance the sweetness. Oh god so good if i hv them now!!

blueberry cheesy

last Monday i was fasting.and closer to breaking the fast, i was craving for sweetness and milky dessert. so here it goes.cepat dan mudah. A 1/2 cup of cream cheese  1/4 cup of whipping cream (u can add more as u prefer) 2 tb spoon of sugar (i use brown sugar) 4 tb spoon of cocoa powder a little  bit of fresh milk B few pieces of digestive biscuit blueberry jam with the fruits (or any jam that u like) 1) prepare 2 glasses. pecah2 kan biskut and arrange it at the bottom. 2) mix A ingredient in the mixer bowl. 3) pour into both glass.  4) layer it with biscuit and repeat the step 3 again. 5) finally, decorate with blueberry jam on top of it. 6) keep it chill and its ready to eat between half - one hour. you can also : *replace the cocoa powder with lime *add fresh fruits (strawberry/grape/banana) happy cooking pinky!!!

happy long weekend & kandar

i have 2 reasons why i have huge grin today. first tomorrow is public holiday second, hubby loves soo much my cooking yesterday, hence the entry. lets give it a try Daging Masak Kandar. sound complicated, but it isn't.trust me! Bahan-bahan 250 Daging - potong nipis 2 sudu rempah daging/ayam 2 sudu sos cili 2 sudu kicap daun kari kayu manis bunga cengkih bunga lawang 1 biji bawang besar 2 ulas bawang putih sepotong halia  kesemua dikisar air asam jawa tomato cara-cara 1) tumiskan bahan2 yang telah dikisar. campurkan kayu manis,bunga cengkih,bunga lawang. 2) didlm mangkuk kecil campurkan rempah kari,sos dan kicap. campurkan kedalam kuali. 3) kacau hingga naik bau. 4) masukkan daging. biar daging masak dan kuah memekat. campurkan daun kari dan tomato. 5) campurkan air asam jawa. 6) kacau hingga semua sebati dan biarkan memekat. selamat mencuba!!!

Butter cheese cake Ala English

hi ols!!!u all tau i paling takot buat kek yang gebu-gebu tu?sebab kdg2 i tgok orang buat tak jadi - jatuh la, bawah berminyak dll.i am all prayed to God semoga kek ku menjadi. dalam solat pun sempat lagi berdoa.hehe. so lets check the recipe bahan-bahan 250 g butter unsalted 220 g gula castor 200 g tepung gandum  4 biji telur 1 sk esen vanilla 1 1/2 sk baking powder double action 1 sk garam (kalau pakai salted butter tak perlu letak garam) 4 sb susu fresh milk - sejuk cara-cara 1) sapukan butter pada loyang. 2) panaskan oven - 180'c selama 10-15 minit 3) dalam mangkuk besar, campurkan tepung, baking powder dan garam. ayakkan. 4) dalam mixing bowl , masukkan butter dan gula. pukul hingga warna bertukar menjadi kuning cair/cream. pukul dalam 6-10 minit.tukar kelajuan dari 1 hingga 3. pecah kan telur satu2 ke dalam campuran tadi.pukul hingga gebu. campurkan esen vanilla. 5) masukkan tepung yg telah di ayak tadi.teruskan memukul. mas...

dough-NUT

rite now i am wondering how come Big Apple/Dunkin/Krispy Creme could produce such same tasteful doughnut EVERY DAY?ok..they equipped with auto machine thingy..ok..how bout makcik nasik lemak that sells doughnut. the replication of the previous yummy doughnut rite?also every day. how could uli every day without fail? *cries* i did my own doughnut this morning.owh god my kitchen was in mess..flour ever where..tones of used measurement bowl in my sink to arrived to this: sampai amik gambar pun terbalik.. untuk yang pertama kali mencuba..GOODLUCK eh =) untuk tips: 1) bila dah nak jadi doh, ia akan melekat-lekat..harap besabar dalam proses ini ye.teruskan uli dalam 15-20 min. 2) bila dah siap di uli, biar kan doh rehat.jangan biarkan terbukak.tutup. 3) guna mangkuk yang besar sebab doh akan mengembang. 4) siap2 canai/bentukkan donut sebelum panaskan kuali 5) sewaktu nak buat kan bulat2 iaitu sebelum buat bentuk..sebaik shj korang kepal2 kan dari mangkuk (saya gun...

Ayam goreng kunyit Special

Bahan2  Ayam - i guna isi ayam. bawang besar -hiris halia bawang besar + halia+ bawang putih ----> kisar serbuk kunyit  cili api cili merah belacan tomato kacang panjang lemon garam & gula Cara-cara 1) bakar belacan + bawang besar untuk naikkan bau nya.dalam lesung batu, satukan belacan + bawang besar+cili api+ cili merah+ garam+ gula------>tumbuk hingga halus. 2) basuh ayam. perap dalam kunyit dan garam selama  10 minit. panaskan minyak.goreng ikut rasa.kalau nak garing minyak perlu lebih dan tunggu hingga garing. kalau tanak garing, goreng hingga separuh masak. 3) di dalam kuali yang sama, setelah ayam masak ikut kesukaan (kalau goreng garing perlu keluarkan   minyak dulu sebab banyak sangat nanti) masukkan bahan2 yang telah ditumbuk tadi. masukkan sayur kacang panjang dan tomato 4) perlu letak sedikit garam secukup rasa.biar sehingga kering.kalau nak masam tambahkan lemon/asam. selamat mencuba!!!!!

Puding Caramel Madu

hi allssss..selama ni asyik update pasal wedding je.so arini kita main masak2 nak?just a simple ones for love ones cewwaaahh. i promised F to make this one for him since the first day i moved in.it was becos we have stock piles our eggs.i brought mine and he has too.so its looked like we were having some egg party afterwards. to cut thing short here is the recipe. hope u'll try it Untuk badan nya: 3biji telur 1 tin susu cair 5 sudu besar gula 1 sudu kecil esen vanilla untuk sos nye: 2 sudu besar gula 2 sudu air alatan: periuk kukus periuk utk kuah tapis -halus mngkuk besar utk campur kan bahan2 mangkuk utk kukus aluminium foil langkah2 1) pecah kan telur dalam mangkuk besar. 2) tuangkan susu cair. alternatif is susu kotak. 3) masukkan gula.alternatif is susu pekat. kacau semua bahan diatas. 4) panaskan periuk kukus. 5) didalam periuk berasingan, cmpurkan bahan utk sos.jgn sampai hangus.sebab saya adalah...
