i bought fish in order to accomplish my new year resolution.
i bought the fish but both (me and nora) dunno know to prepare stim fish.we bought everything the recipe might need.see when we dun even know the recipe...and we forgot there were internet and books.
lazy to read and google,i rang up my mum anyway.to make her proud of her daughther's intelligent in ktichen area.
my questions are:
how to know the fish already cooked?
how much to add ginger
when can i add bla..blaaa...
mum said this is not accounts that everything need exact measurement

here is the recipe:
seekor ikan siakap yang sederhana besar (ikot la kebesaran saiz periuk kukus anda)
kisar:
1 bawang putih
sedikit halia
sebijik bawang besar berdiameter 5cm
serai
optional:
tomato
seleri
daun sup
daun bawang
cili
pepper
limau nipis
sedikit minyak
garam
1) basuh ikan.rendam dengan air limau untuk menghilangkan bau hanyir.
2) sementara itu panaskan periuk kukus.
3) masukkan ikan kedalam pinggan untuk dikukus selama 5-10 minit.
4) didalam kuali bersebelahan (ade ke orang dapur jauh2) tuang sikit minyak dan tuangkan bahan yang telah dikisar td.tambah air ikut suke.campur kan garam.
5) setelah masak dan naik bau tuangkan keatas ikan yang sedang dikukus td.
6) letakkan jugak bahan2 hiasan optional tadi.
7) tunggu masak.jangan bukan2 banyak kali nanti takde kuah.sebab wap td akan terkondensasi.hehe.
8) biar dalam 10 -20 minit.
9) tutup api.barula perah kan limau.
boleh makannnnnnnnnn...
