ok.here we goes.i just want to share my gastric experience. what is gastric? Gastric acid  is a digestive fluid, formed in the  stomach . It has a  pH  of 1.5 to 3.5 and is composed of  hydrochloric acid  (HCl) (around 0.5%, or 5000  parts per million ), and large quantities of potassium chloride  (KCl) and  sodium chloride  (NaCl). The acid plays a key role in digestion of  proteins , by activating  digestive enzymes , and making ingested proteins unravel so that digestive enzymes can break down the long chains of  amino acids . Gastric acid is produced by cells lining the stomach, which are coupled to systems to increase acid production when needed. Other cells in the stomach produce  bicarbonate , a base, to  buffer the fluid, ensuring that it does not become too acidic. These cells also produce  mucus , which forms a viscous physical barrier to prevent gastric acid from damaging th...

i fall sick again.last week. i lay properly on my bed because of gastric.i think i have so much sin.and Allah want me to repent.hehe.Thanks Allah for reminding me. Anyway alhamdulillah.i recovered after 2 days.but still i have to swallow that porridge.it taste awful anyway.i have to swallow bit by bit becos i was trying gaining energy as im worrying about my work.see!!!i was really sick becos of work and still worrying over it tho i barely walking straight. Thank you to mum and dad who come over to visit me and brought whole basket of alternative medicine.i..ermmm...trying not to forget which one has to be taken first.it is nice as some of them consist honey.i love it! to Fahmi thank you so much for accompanying me to get those stupid injection.OMG i am freaking with needles.i was in tears when the doctors mention about injection.i can't properly recalled what she mentioned..all i can heard was..injection.i was like running away.but my feet was planted firmly.goshhhhhhhhh.. ...

tomorrow i have exam.again.but i feel sad and emotional.boleh ke nak bangun esok pagi.this is horibble feeling.dear exam papers, please be nicer to me. wish me luck and pray for my success. amin

perkara-perkara yang membengangkan minggu ini: 1) design template utk invoice baru - bukan invoice sahaja,tetapi termasuk PO and packing list which is make  me high blood pressure.i already discussed with our vendor but then boss wanted another design and becos the vendor already taught me how to edit the system standard form (tu pun selepas berkali2 vendor tu tunjuk) maka dengan secara tak rasminya, aku la yang kene edit. 2) sim card - i really dun have any idea WHY LA my hp cannot detect my sim card.i already switch new sim last few weeks at Maxis Centre. but jadi balik perangainye. 3) handphone - Fahmi said my hp has problem.yes if it so, why another number of sim can be detected??kenapa.kenapa.kenapa old number tapi dah replace pun tak boleh.i already called Maxis, they have done their part - reset laa..reset lagi.but still tak gune aku marah2 operator tu.buang air liur jer.Jadi ingin membeli hp baru dengan harapan dapatla guna balik nombor lama.TAPI ade lagi masalah.....
